I post-produced this CGI project for 1st Avenue Machine
with directors Sebastian Sanz and Hernan Aragundej oining us from Buenos Aires in the New York office for the duration. As we worked on this project through the winter holidays they were privileged to experience both a 72 degree Christmas as well as the 2nd biggest snowstorm in NYC history! Kudos to the CGI team for knuckling down through some curveballs and always staying chill, and to Walter L. for the kielbasa and beers.
Below are a couple of mementos from the project – a working sketch for an animation revision and a frame from an abandoned cave set that the client decided wouldn’t accurately portray where the average Fios customer is likely to get reception. Zero bars in a cave, people!
